Artistic Stylist/Colorist

Candace is an Artistic Stylist/Colorist at our salon. She specializes in Balayage, foliage, color techniques. She excels at blowouts and layered haircuts as well. She comes to Neo Bella from the San Francisco area and has been a licensed hairstylist since 2007. Her extensive training includes Hot Heads tape-in extensions.
